Contract Copywriter (AI-Enabled) — Immediate Hire

Whiteboard Marketing | Remote | Contract

We partner with growth-minded organizations to build thoughtful, high-performing digital experiences—and we’re looking for a contract copywriter who knows how to pair strong thinking with modern tools.
This role is for a writer who is curious, strategic, and creative—and who sees AI as a collaborator that makes great work better and faster, not generic.

What You’ll Do

• Craft engaging, on-brand, and conversion-focused copy across digital channels, including:
• Websites and landing pages
• Blogs and long-form content
• Campaign messaging
• SEO-driven content
• Use AI tools (including Scalenut) to support:
• Research and content ideation
• Outlining and first drafts
• SEO optimization and efficiency
• Apply strategic thinking to every assignment—connecting copy to audience intent, brand voice, and business goals
• Edit, refine, and elevate AI-assisted drafts into polished, client-ready work
• Collaborate with strategy, account, and creative teams to deliver thoughtful, effective content

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a copywriter (agency or similar fast-paced environment preferred)
• Comfortable and willing to use AI tools as part of your writing workflow
• Strong understanding of SEO writing best practices
• Experience writing for consumer brands; healthcare experience strongly preferred
• A balance of creative instincts and strategic discipline
• Excellent editing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly in a remote setting

• Prior experience with Scalenut
• Experience writing for regulated or compliance-sensitive industries (healthcare, wellness, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRO and performance-focused copy
