Description of the Role A service technician at DEL Chevrolet is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on vehicles. This includes diagnosing issues, conducting inspections, and conducting necessary repairs to ensure the vehicles are in proper working condition. Benefits

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles
• Determine the cause of vehicle malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Test vehicle functionality and conduct road tests to ensure repairs have been successful
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements

• Prior experience as a service technician or similar role
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Ability to use specialized diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
