Job Title: Store Manager – Bridal Wear Retail

Location: 3/2491, Salabatpura Main Road, Surat

Timing: 9:45 AM to 9:30 PM

Shagun Creation, a leading bridal and ethnic wear store in Surat, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our sales team and ensure seamless store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in managing high-end bridal retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive daily sales, monitor performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
2. Train and motivate staff in cross-selling, upselling, and premium customer service.
3. Ensure each customer receives a warm welcome and guided support.
4. Resolve customer complaints, billing issues, and handle refund queries professionally.
5. Manage online leads (WhatsApp/Instagram) and convert them into store visits.
6. Lead daily briefings, plan rosters, manage leaves, and conduct staff evaluations.
7. Train new team members in SOPs, grooming, and sales techniques.
8. Maintain store cleanliness, trial room readiness, and visual appeal.
9. Oversee POS usage, end-of-day reporting, and payment reconciliations.
10. Track daily footfall and sales data for management reporting.
11. Monitor stock movement, replenish fast-moving items, and coordinate stock audits.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 3–5 years’ experience in a retail leadership role (bridal/ethnic wear preferred).
2. Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
3. Strong sales and team management skills with POS and Excel knowledge.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Retail Management (preferred).

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month + performance-based incentives.
